Presented privacy policy defines the procedure, purposes, conditions for the use and storage of personal data of es.ge users. On the grounds of the Law of Georgia on “the Protection of Personal Data”, the goal of es.ge is to protect the customer's personal data.

Presented privacy policy defines the procedure, purposes and conditions for storing the personal data of clients of Elit Service LLC (www.es.ge). The document is aimed at the methods of protecting the confidentiality of the personal data of each customer, through which the company ensures the protection of your personal data and the inviolability of their personal information, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on “the Protection of Personal Data”.

The latter includes information that the company receives during the period of provision of services to you.

You have the right:

We undertake to stop processing data within 10 (ten) business days after receiving such notification. If you do not wish to provide personal information or request that we stop processing information, it may be difficult or impossible to fulfill our obligations to you, including using your account/profile or obtaining related services.

Terms and Conditions of Service

"Elit Service" offers warranty and non-warranty maintenance of household appliances.

In order to obtain warranty service, the warranty card issued by the manufacturer and the selling organization must be presented. Service will be performed in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty card. (Manufacturer's warranty terms shall prevail, if applicable).

The extension of the warranty conditions for a specific product and its duration is entirely the prerogative of the seller, and the company cannot be held responsible for the absence of warranty conditions/failure to correct any defects/inconsistencies associated with the product during the warranty period.

Non-warranty service is chargeable. Payment is made in accordance with the tariffs approved by the company, both in cash and in non-cash form.

In case of the customer’s consent, the operator records the primary visual and functional state of the item in the electronic system. In the case of leaving the goods, a contract agreement is concluded.

Diagnostics of the product is carried out no later than three business days after placing the order. In case of complex damage, the diagnostic period may be extended. Diagnosis information is communicated to the customer by a phone call or a short text message.

Repair of the product is carried out in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer. The repair period depends on the type of damage (with or without replacement of the spare part) and the delivery time of the spare part. Additional information about the repair process and timing will be provided to the customer by phone or text message.

The transfer of the product to the customer is carried out on the basis of a  contract agreement. When transferring an item, it is visually and functionally (if possible) checked in the presence of the customer.

  • Transportation

In agreement with the customer, it is possible to transport the goods to/from the service center.

An order can be received through a customer’s call, the company's website, social networks and a visit to the service center. The operator will explain to the customer the terms of warranty and non-warranty service.

After agreeing with the customer on the terms and conditions of payment, the order is registered in the electronic system.

Diagnostics of the item and provision of primary information to the customer are carried out during the visit of a specialist to the address.

Repair of the product is carried out in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer. The repair period depends on the type of damage (with or without replacement of the spare part) and the delivery time of the spare part. Additional information about the repair process and timing will be provided to the customer by phone or text message.

After completion of the service, a visual and functional inspection of the object is carried out in the presence of the customer.

Installation-de-installation, transportation

 

An order can be received through a customer call, the company's website, social networks and a visit to the service center. The operator will explain to the user the terms of warranty and non-warranty service.

After agreeing with the customer on the terms and conditions of payment, the order is registered in the electronic system.

Installation inspection can be done based on the customer's request. Primary information is provided upon departure to the address of a specialist.

Installation-de-instalation is carried out in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer. The service time depends on the complexity of the installation and the need for additional installation consumables. Additional information will be provided to the customer via a phone call or a short text message.

After completion of the service, a visual and functional inspection of the object is carried out in the presence of the customer.

In agreement with the customer, it is possible to transport the goods to/from the service center.
